Earning by Learning Project


Еarning by Learning project aims to contribute to improved educational achievement and employability of youth aged 15 to 29.. Beneficiaries of the project will be provided with career orientation consultations for active job seekers motivation, personal and professional development trainings. Earning by learning will also help youth dropped out of school to enroll again by offering mentorship support by professionals in the field.

Earning by Learning project is funded by in the framework of EEA and Norway Grants Fund for Youth Employment, launched by Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway in 2017 to promote sustainable and quality youth employment in Europe. The EEA and Norway Grants 2014-2021 are set up to contribute to the reduction of social and economic disparities in Europe by making a real difference in the lives of people, sharing opportunities and results achieved striving to achieve one of its main goals - a green, competitive and inclusive Europe.

The project will be implemented in the next 4 years in Hungary, Spain, Romania and Bulgaria. The partnership consortium is consisted of Autonomia Foundation (Hungary), Caritas Alba Iulia (Romania), Fundación Segretariado Gitano (Spain) and Trust for social achievement Foundation in partnership with Arête Youth Foundation (Bulgaria). In Bulgaria, Еarning by Learning Project will be carried out in three locations – Sofia, Plovdiv and Sliven.

Each of our partners has unique and successful experience in empowering young disadvantaged people,  and thus contribute to improved collaboration and exchange of good practices on European level.
